What we collect

Your email address, and the question you asked, stored with it. In the rooms, your first name and what you wrote, which other parents can read. If you ask us for a new room: a subject, a first name, an address, and a phone number only if you choose to give one. A short source id from the link you clicked, stored once as your first touch. If you message us on Instagram: your handle, what you wrote there, and a phone number only if you choose to leave one in that conversation.

Nothing else. No advertising identifiers, no fingerprinting, no third-party analytics script. Never your child's name, because nothing on this site asks for it.

Why we collect it

To send you one email confirming the address is yours, and after that at most one email a month until the app exists. Asking a question does not put you on that list, there is a tick for it, it starts empty, and it is the only thing that does.

Questions are kept with the address that asked them so we can send you the answer when it is written, and so the ones we could not answer become the list of what to write next. Room posts are public to other parents, and your address is not: it is how a moderator reaches you and how an answer finds you. A room request is used to build the room and to write back to you about it, whether we build it or not. We also keep a record of when you gave consent and when you withdrew it. That record is append-only, because a consent log you can edit proves nothing.

Your child

We hold no data about your child. There is no app yet, no child account, and nothing on this site asks you anything about them.

When that changes, this section gets rewritten before the app ships, not after.

How long we keep it

Your address stays until you unsubscribe, at which point it is deleted.

The consent record is kept, without your address, so we can show that we sent what we said we sent and stopped when you asked.

Who else sees it

Other parents see your first name and what you wrote in a room, and nothing else about you. A moderator reads every room. An email delivery provider handles our mail, because we do not run our own servers; they process on our instructions and cannot use your address for anything else. On Instagram, a service called Vardast answers comments and messages on our account, on our instructions; it holds what you wrote there and cannot use it for anything else.

No advertising networks. No data brokers. We do not sell or share your address, and there is no arrangement under which we would.

Trackers

None on this site. No analytics script, no pixel, no session recording.

We know which channel you arrived from because the link you clicked carried a source id. That is the whole of our attribution.

Cookies

None. This site sets no cookies at all.

While you have the question tool open, your address is held in your browser's own session storage so you do not have to type it twice. It never leaves your browser except as part of a question you send, and it is gone when you close the tab.

Asking us to delete it

Unsubscribing deletes your address. If you want the consent record removed as well, write to us and we will do it and confirm in writing.

Legal entity, postal address and privacy contact are set on the day this product gets its name. They are required in every email footer, and they are not filled in yet.
